On today's show, we are discussing what on earth we can and should do

when we are practicing sustainable minimalism and conscious consumerism in our

purchasing. However, we do not find that we're saving much, if not any money.

Kelsey reached out to me on Instagram and Kelsey said that she feels as though she's stuck

between trying to spend as little money as possible while also buying the sustainable

timeless items and experiences that are made with quality and mind.

Even though she is buying fewer items and even though she is using her money more intentionally,

Kelsey says that she does not feel as though she's saving much money at all.
