We are going to be talking about conquering the open water swim leg of a triathlon. A lot of people struggle with that. A lot of people hesitate to get into the sport because of that. And my coaches today are going to tell me all of their tips, tricks, advice on getting in the open water and getting confident in that skill set. So super excited to get rolling with me in studio today. First is coached John Mayfield.
