recording, the triathlon world is feeling the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. And our topic

today is how to optimize your training when there is no race in sight. We all have plenty of

motivation and plenty of reason to follow the training plan as we approach race day.

But when we are in between races or a long way away from our main A race,

or maybe you're in the winter break without a race until the following year,
