Hi, it's the holidays. And I just first off, I want to say thank you for taking the time to listen in.

It's going to be a special little episode. And there's a little surprise at the end. I have a gift for you at the end.

And so I hope that you listen until the end. So Christmas, the holidays, always time to celebrate. It's time for friends, family,

community. This year, I think, for a lot of people, has been polarizing. For many, it's been

confusing. For others, it's been uplifting. And for other people, it's just been so-so.

We've seen the rise of people putting more value on opinions and facts in some cases.

Men who have misused their power fall from the pedestal that they have been on for a long time.

And great men rise up to stand in their place, to stand for a new type of masculinity and to stand for a new type of humanity.

But this year wasn't really about men or women, even though it seemed to be heavily focused

on these issues.

Instead, this year was really about people.

It was really about humans.

People who see the future not as pure chaos or crazy or hopeless, but people who wake

up each and every day to make it better by being better.

This year I saw a lot of inspiration. I was inspired by people's ability to speak up for truth

in the face of blatant lies. I was inspired by men and women who are able to be a stand for what

they believed, not just in an altruistic

sense of doing good for others, just for the sake of doing good, but doing good for others because

that's part of who they've chosen to be. It's part of who they've chosen to be as human beings

and a part of what they have chosen to be as human beings and a part of what they have chosen

to do in their life. Because the reality is we all have a choice. Each and every single day,

we face choices in our lives. Some of them are simple, like should I get out of the bed or hit snooze.
