0:25.0	In the middle of our Zoom coaching conversation,
0:29.0	her 10-year-old daughter had come in asking for something.
0:32.0	They'd spoken in German.
0:34.3	Greta lived in Switzerland. I had no idea what they had said, but the exchange had
0:40.4	been very sweet to watch. Greta had rubbed the girl's cheek
0:44.5	affectionately as they spoke. There was an ease and a comfort between them.
0:50.3	Before the daughter turned to go, I called hello and waved.
0:54.7	She smiled and waved back.
0:56.8	And then she went.
0:58.5	And Greta beamed.
1:01.4	Then her smile changed.
1:03.0	She said, I was on the phone with a colleague in Germany the other day, just the phone, no video.
1:08.3	She's got two small kids at home and one of them burst into the room during the call.
1:13.0	She lashed out at that kid,
1:15.6	I'm on the phone, you can't come in here.
1:18.8	I got really embarrassed for her.
1:22.0	Greta held up her hands in surrender, but I understand.
