and what you do? Sure. So yeah, so I acquire me on my podcast, which is called the Self Belief

podcast. So I founded the business Self Belief Chief, which looks at basically coaching high

performers, but it's in many different areas so for me my personal struggle is

it started from a very early age i remember a coach of mine i was a footballer a coach of mine

and he he sat down and went through a report with me and he said david you you really need to

start believing yourself anyway that was the end of the conversation. He starts walking off. I said, how? And he said, what do you mean? I said, well, you told me I need to believe myself more. I said, but how? And if you've ever had someone say to you, just believe in yourself, and it's that eye-rolling thing, say to them how, and have a listen to what they say, and you'll find out it's all of some more difficult than solving a Rubik's cube. It's just no one actually has an answer to what is something that everyone wants to do. And I built this obsession, which is if everybody wants to believe in themselves, why don't they? But more importantly than that, it's rather than just saying
