But any way that we can bring confidence to use of our bodies in athletics, I think, is

And there's so many dynamics that can happen in sports that can

affect our confidence, whether it's dynamics with our teammates, our coach, particular, like,

our past performance and how we're doing, whether we think we're on a roll or in a slump,

our performance that day, that game, our headspace, fears ahead of performance, performance anxiety, sense of confidence

in ourselves to grow or get better, fear of physical injury and pain and limitation.
