some tactical tools to help get you from where you are now to where

you want to go in your life, career, relationships, and maybe even in your journey as a mom too.

Girl, buckle on up. I'm so excited for today's episode because we're going to talk about the story that you're energizing

because it's such a choice to take the narrative that we're playing in our head, the story that

we're telling ourselves and add fuel to it or just say, you know what, this story is not serving

me. I need to create a new story and energize that story. And I want to share this with you because I was having a conversation with a girlfriend

and she told me, Kisha, you are so good at energizing positive stories. And let me explain that.

I truly have this dialogue in my own head that everything I do is going to be successful. And before you're

like, oh, who is this girl that thinks that like her poop doesn't stink? Right. That's not what I mean,

right? Like, let me play this out for you. Because I have the perspective and you should too,

in your life that there are things that you wanted to work out in the past that actually didn't

work out. And you can see that it was the best move for the direction that you wanted to go.
