My name is Katie Dale Bow.

This week I have a conversation with dancer, actress, model, interior designer, creative, confident, podcast host, Hannah Fost.

And she bursts with confidence in a way that I really admire and you'll hear in this episode and I do not at all myself possess.

And I say in this conversation somewhere that I'm not even confident

in how much I lack confidence, which we talk about. And this conversation was recorded,

what I would call early pandemic. I think it was around April, May. I just decided to move to L.A. She lives in L.A.

We talk about spaces and creating your space and decorating. She, like I mentioned, is an interior

designer. And she gives some really great suggestions for organization and feng shui and making a space feel

really good, which I think is really important right now and something I'm trying to do.

I'm moving into a new apartment and I really liked listening back to that.

She also talks about organization in general and she is clearly a person who does many things at once.

And her advice around that and how she became an organized person after being a personal assistant here in L.A.

was fascinating and very helpful.

We talk about recovery and becoming better at being yourself,

of course, confidence, and where she drives that and how it helps her in her life. We talk about

dating and dating during the pandemic. We connected because she ran something called

COVID-Cupid, which we talk

about. And it's fascinating. We talk about creativity. And this conversation, it was really interesting

to listen back because my life has changed so much since then. And that was only a couple months ago.
