simplicity. You have a challenge. Your quest this week, which I encourage you to do every day this week is to simplify your interior life by refraining from media.

Now I know many of you have a lot of different sites you like to visit that help uplift you and that is perfect.

The breathing technique today will have you inhaling and exhaling gently through your

nose as you repeat the affirmation. Your affirmation will help to empower you to feel more confident.
