In today's episode, we continue on day two of our series all about self-trust.

And as you trust yourself this week, know that you may be removing a mask, removing a way of being or a perception of yourself. That isn't really

who you are. And you may find that you do this because it's so much easier and safer to wear this mask.

But what you will find is that it's actually much easier and safer to be yourself, your authentic

And you may find that you're not even really sure who you are anymore these days.

In fact, one of the biggest barriers to self-trust and confidence is in how well you define boundaries for yourself and others.

to take control of your life. And this is by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr.

John Townsend. A lot of times we want to do the right thing, but we just feel like we don't know what to do because we don't trust ourselves.

So I thought you might enjoy hearing a little about boundaries from this book. On page 39 of the book under the heading, me and not me,

boundaries define us. They define what is me and what is not me. A boundary shows me

where I end and someone else begins, leading me to a sense of ownership. Knowing what I am to

own and take responsibility for gives me freedom. If I know where
