are experiencing hair loss, we just want you to know that you're not alone. It's estimated that

50% of women will experience hair loss at some point. Usually it's a little bit more towards

perimenopause or menopause, but it can certainly occur in younger years as well. We have to ask,

what are some of the common causes of hair loss for women? It may surprise you

that there are actually many nutritional deficiencies that can cause not only thinning of your

hair, but also hair loss. Now, one major cause of hair loss is certain vitamin deficiencies.

Now, these often happen after a woman is following a particularly restrictive,

maybe a low calorie, low-fat diet, often with the goal of losing weight
