These techniques are one of my favorites because you can do them so easily when you are

I often do mudras throughout my day when I need to focus, when I need to manage

stress, and when I need a little extra support. And that includes confidence. So today's

mudra is called the Anjali prayer mudra. It's a simple mudra to do.
