This is Hands to Heaven. I was reading in the Psalms this morning, and I read Psalm 147. I came across

verse 3 that says he heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. The Schofield Bible says that

wounds is also the Hebrew wood for griefs. So I did some digging, and in the amplified version, there is a note that says,

healing their pain and comforting their sorrow.

This was a very timely reading, because this is July 10th, and it's a very sad milestone for our sister Lady of Victory,

whose son passed away three years ago today.

And in the way that God has of timing, if this airs on Saturday, July 13th,

that will be the six-year mark

since I held my stepdaughter's hand

as she walked into the arms of Jesus

less than two years after my son died.

I noticed in the amplified version it says that he comforts their sorrows.

Doesn't say he takes them away.

This is hands to heaven.
