| 1:18.5 | when it comes to our goals. So the first level is no commitment, which seems pretty self-explanatory, |

| 1:29.0 | but we just don't believe that it's possible for us, or we don't believe we are capable |
| 1:34.2 | of following through. And so we just don't even bother committing to it anymore because we |
| 1:40.3 | don't want to set ourselves up for disappointment. The second level of commitment is when you really want the result, but you want it with |

| 1:53.2 | And I know we've talked about dieting a little bit on this podcast. |
| 1:57.1 | Like I've been there where I want to lose weight, but I want to do it in the quickest way possible |

| 2:08.5 | like the thing to solve all of your problems without you needing to put in a lot of effort. |
