In today's episode, you are going to explore a meditation technique that will help you to feel grounded and more confident

because last week was about selecting a virtue to focus on or a word of the year and

this is different from a resolution or a goal. Those are important too,

but those are more focused on your likes, what you want, the experiences you want to have.

And that is very important because sometimes that's what moves the needle. If we don't have

goals and projects and different things we're striving for, we can become so complacent.

So have your resolutions and your goals and also have a virtue you want to focus on to become a better person so that it's not so

much about the experiences you have but about that the kind of person you become,

So the meditation technique I share with you today is a moodra.
