out of, hopefully, this very long COVID-19 pandemic, which has really shaken the church, really

shifted how we're doing ministry around the world right now. And it's

really driven leaders and pastors to wrestle with how do I define success? And the wonderful thing

about it is driven so many of us to really get sharper and clearer biblically about what really is success.

And so it's a tremendous time to get clearer, theologically, on calling, and what it means to

equip people for the work of service and what we're doing in church and how it's so much more
