| 0:53.9 | And so we find ourselves in situations where all these triggers flare up. And then finally, |
| 0:58.9 | we react then often and we feel terrible. Then we beat ourselves up in shame and anger. |
| 1:03.8 | So the question is, how do I get free from people's criticisms and my triggers and my reactivity? |
| 1:09.9 | I feel like I'm so sensitive. People often |
| 1:11.7 | say to me, I used to feel like that. How do I become a mother and father of the faith, an |
| 1:18.3 | emotionally mature adult, someone who's whole, someone who's anchored, centered, living out of my |
| 1:23.3 | true self and non-anxiously, non-reactively. So that's a lot about what I'd say |
| 1:29.5 | E.H. Discipleship is all about, really, and the course is all about. We're trying to slow people |
| 1:35.4 | down, slow you down to be before you do and begin to integrate things like silence and solitude |
