0:22.3

author of the book Commercial Real Estate Investing, which just came out July 27. So make sure

0:27.8

you get it on Amazon. He's the CEO of the Commercial Investors Group and the host of the

0:33.9

Creative Commercial Real Estate podcast. Mike, welcome to the show. How are you doing today?

0:39.7

1:34.2

different at commercial. There's not all the gurus out there teaching it. Maybe there's some

1:38.0

apartment syndicators and things like that, but like office, warehouse, nobody was really

1:41.9

teaching that stuff. And still isn't. And so I also found

1:48.0

1:52.2

out of people, find a mentor and stuff like that. So I actually started my podcast initially

1:56.6

to just start getting secrets out of people and covered all the secrets through the podcast.

2:02.6

And so I was taking these pieces of information I was getting out of the podcast,

2:08.1
