or rather I should say, rounding the bend on their October.

to work in fourth quarter

because they're taking listing after listing. I know in our private Facebook group,

it literally, Julie and I look at this every morning over coffee, and it makes a smile every morning to see

those of you guys who are staying drilled down and who are actually kicking some serious ass this time of year.

Guys, remember what you create for yourselves in fourth quarter,

not only will pay you in fourth quarter, hey, there's an idea. Not only will make it so you

have a great holiday season, but it will also make it so you have a kick-ass start to your new year.
