a massacre in Bogota, Colombia, a massacre driven by a guerrilla organization known as

M19, the execution of 11 jurists, the death of some nearly 50 to 60 people overall, and the rescue of 260 plus people

by a man at that time known as Colonel Plazis, many decades later, nearly 40

decades later, four decades later, the daughters of one of the men who died in

the gunplay. In Florida are bringing a civil case

against the man who commanded the rescue, Colonel Plazas, who now lives in Florida.

He's 80 years old. This is the predicate to understand the story that
