and I'm sure most of you are, the gifts start getting unwrapped this Friday as the first ever

12-team college football

playoff will kick off with an in-state matchup between Notre Dame and the Secret Santa of this

year's playoff, the Indiana Hoosiers.

And we've debated and had discourse about who should or shouldn't be in and the seating that

they have, but either way, we knew we would end up having amazing and awesome matchups and incredible

venues.

And that's exactly what we have.

This playoff will be one of the most viewed and exciting events to ever take place in our

sport.

It may be the most exciting ever.

And I, for one, am incredibly stoked about it.
