And an experiment tried at MIT Media Labs.

Some people in the three-parts group used nothing,

just their brain to write an essay of their choice.

Other people used the web for research.

Other people used exclusively AI.

And what did it show about brain activity?

Common sensically, those who used nothing had the most brain activity. Those who used AI had the least. What do we learn from this? Here's Rachel to explain how everybody knows what I just said,
