So what has your journey been like to get to become a world's top business influencer?

In fact, the funny story was that when LinkedIn wrote to me saying we'd like to have you as an official

LinkedIn influencer and be one of the first 150 that we have on the platform. I thought it was a spoof email and

nearly didn't reply. Oh my gosh. So but no so they're just to tell you a little about the journey. I spent most of my life in corporate life. So, you know, working at some, as you can tell from my accent, I'm originally from Britain, England and my boss said something to me one day

which was to change my life. This was when I was back in corporate in a corporate existence.

He said, Colin I would like you to improve your customer experience
