A man has been arrested in Florida 33 years after the execution-style killing of a couple in the Bronx.

Homeland Security agents arrested 62-year-old William Antonio Solis in Tampa.

He's been indicted on three counts, including two murder charges.

The killings made headlines in June of 1993 as the Bronx dealt with a summer of violence fueled by rival drug gangs. But it stood out because the couple's three-year-old son had watched his parents be taken away by the gunmen before they were killed.

According to court documents filed this week, three men agreed to meet Luis Guerrero at an apartment to buy two kilos of cocaine, but really planned to steal six kilos.

Guerrero's wife was lured to the apartment with her son. The case went cold, even though police collected fingerprints at the scene. A match didn't come until last year. It's not clear why Solis wasn't a suspect sooner. Prosecutors say Solis fled New York a year later in December of 1994 and settled in Tampa.
