Hello friends, happy Tuesday.

Welcome back to another coffee chat episode where we catch up on what's been going on behind the scenes and talk through what I'm learning this week. But first today's rose bud and thorn my rose today is that we just

returned from vacation in Swanee Tennessee if don't know, that is where my husband's grad school is.

And we have a lot of friends there,

and the area is just really cute and special.

It's a very, very small town on top of a mountain and we had such a great time

It's so familiar in a ways we spent six weeks there last summer and that familiarity is is so nice and feeling like you know I love the feeling of

traveling places enough times to where they start to feel like a second home.

And there's a lot of little places like that in our lives and I think, I don't know, I think that's a really unique and special feeling and I really I'm glad Swanee is that and

we got to make our trip there this summer. My Bud is that as I'm writing this I have a pool day tomorrow with a friend and I'm really

looking forward to that and my thorn is that I have felt unwell all week like not sick and not like anything's really wrong, but just like off.

I have a headache every day, I've been like, it's really hot, it was really hot and swanney and yeah just
