Summary
When you need to be needed, you make excuses for people and situations you shouldn't. You spend your life trying to be nice, without taking stock of how you need to cut yourself off from your true self just so others 'like you'. Codependents attract narcissists who drain them and until you awaken, you remain in this survival loop. In this episode, Lisa A. Romano helps make sense out of why so many of us feel stuck, and not good enough.
