And today you're going to get to hear the first episode I recorded with Sarah of her coaching

with you the way that the system works. I like to get further ahead in the coaching because we have

people we have helping us with the editing process. It's a lot of extra content that we have to go

through. So at this point that I'm recording the intro here for episode 580. Sarah and I have

they want to see improve. And her big focus is in reducing her cholesterol feeling more comfortable
