Hello and welcome back to the show. I am your host Heather and as always I am super excited

to be here with you. But even more so for this episode because this is all new to me. I am

doing my second coaching call with Carolina and you are going to get to hear the progression

of her situation. So in this call we talk about how she has been uncomfortable with eating

chocolate every day, eating her fast food a few times a week like what we established

in our first call and how she is becoming more comfortable with eating fast food in a

public fashion which she had not done before. So there was a lot of really really good

stuff that Carolina and I kind of started to dive into in the second coaching call.

Now I am going to be totally honest and transparent with this. I have never done this before.

When people come to me for coaching they are usually very clear on the fact that they

want to hire me as a coach. They have a specific reason that they want to hire me as a coach.

There is a financial commitment. So there are three things that Carolina and I don't have.

She isn't paying me any financial commitment. She came to me wanting to lose weight but

per our first conversation we realized that the bigger issue was her binge eating and

so we literally switched focuses. In this situation she didn't come to me for long term

coaching. She came to me for one off 20, 30 minute call. So because every variable is different

I can't know how all this is going to play out quite honestly. This is not a prescripted

reality show where I got literally winning it as I go. But here's the thing I want to make

sure I'm clear on. The reason I'm doing this is because I feel a pull to do it. Carolina
