this week. We have a never before done show today. I had the very wonderful privilege of getting to

meet Carolina. Carolina had signed up for one of the free coaching calls for the show and as you will

hear in our very first call together she was desiring to lose weight but the issue was she had quite a

big issue with binge eating. You know you've heard me talk about this a lot that basically before we

focus on weight loss make sure that you have a high article understanding of what's more important

because if you're bingeing on a regular basis that actually is going to cause you to not be able to

lose weight or not lose weight effectively. As I'm coaching Carolina I start to get this gut feeling

that hanging up with her and not keeping contact would just not be good. I just had this feeling like

she wasn't going to be able to do the things we talked about. I had a feeling she was going to go

back to the desire to lose weight and not focus on her binge eating and I did something I've never

ever done before on the spot I offered to continue to coach her. Now I know a lot of people have

actually asked if I would be willing to do more of this type style show because they say they love

listening to me coach but then they want to know what happens next what happens next and you know

what happens to the person that you bring on and I just want to be totally transparent and tell you

when I coach somebody I really coach them meaning that they are not without my help all the time.

I have a way that I communicate with my coaching clients on a daily basis via voice messaging,

leaving me voicemail messages, I respond back, we text each other, they send me photos of things

they're working on. I mean we are in classic contact it is a full-time gig and the reason I say that
