Welcome to the Shared Practices podcast, our segment of Coach's Corner with my favorite co-host,

Caitlin, how are you doing today?

0:10.6

I'm doing really well. How are you? It's good to be here.

0:13.5

Doing so good. I'm excited because your internet is like rock solid. And when we were doing

0:18.6

stuff before, we had to like shut your camera off and all of that.

0:22.1

And now we're on video and you're here. You're with us. My next step is creating a podcast studio just

0:28.9

like yours. But I feel like Coach's Corner would need to come out a little bit more frequently

1:17.7

And if you do that, like it might work, but it might burn people out. But today we're going to

1:22.3

talk about a theme that we've already been talking about here on the podcast recently, which is

1:26.5

checklists, which are essential to helping everyone feel comfortable with their job, staying on task,

1:32.1

using their time wisely, getting in and out of the office. And tell me, you know, why do people

1:38.1

not like checklist? Like, why is this a problem for people? Well, you just touched on it, I think,

1:43.2

which is, I think it's associated sometimes with
