0:13.8	George, how's it going? Good. How are you? I'm excited to be back on the podcast and really excited for our topic
0:19.9	today. I think this is like kind of an old
0:21.9	school shared practices style where we get really deep into the weeds and the numbers and
0:26.8	I'm really excited to talk about it today. This is like my original favorite topic from our in-person
0:33.2	lectures, which was the moment that you put the slide up and you can see these different
0:38.6	practice avatars that, you know, okay, it goes from one hygienist to two to three to four,
0:45.3	it goes from one doctor to two doctor plus.

0:49.6	And then all of a sudden now you understand the full menu of options in front of you, you know,

1:22.2	a s' george we talked about how you know the different avatars and essentially we went through like
1:27.1	that dental school student example of a solo office and we talked about how it had the facility for a group practice. And we kind of talked through the stages of growth of a dental office. And this is really a continuation of that episode, but a deeper dive into the details. And, you know, I think the, you know, also a part of this episode is if you remember the very first time we had Scott on, it was the two of us with Scott on the podcast. And we had that, you know, like super solo conversation. And it was very clear after that episode. I remember I called Suzanne right after recorded. And I was like, we need to go back to the drawing board and shift our avatars to fit our new host, Scott Luna.
2:04.5	And, you know, this is really kind of the output of that work where Suzanne and I went back to the drawing board.
2:10.3	We've listened to what Scott has been talking about.
2:12.6	And we put together a new framework of avatars that is embodying of all of the hosts on the shared practices
