I'm actually just going to be very direct with you.

This is going to be a short to the point episode.

I just want to hold up a little mirror so you can see yourself and you might not like it,

but that's okay. My job is to be helpful, not to be nice. I want to be kind, not nice. So kindness

is when you tell people what they need to hear. When you're nice, you tell people what they want to hear, and it often hurts them.

So, anyway, this isn't going to be super tactical.

I just want to give you the opportunity to opt out if you don't want to listen to this.
