What is going on everybody? Welcome back to the Mindover Macros

podcast as always. I am your host Mike Milner and today's episode of

the coach's compass. I've got two things that I want to discuss today and they kind of feed into each

other. That's why I'm cramming two topics into one episode and they, they're both important they both kind of

of feed into each other and a lot of it surprisingly or not surprisingly is related to

your messaging and your offers.

So that is gonna be the main theme that we discuss.

And before I get into it, I have to, I don't have to, but it is a it's helpful for me to remind you that we've got some work to do

when it comes to this show and expanding the reach of this show.

We've had a great year and we've got about a month left and we are closing in

on 500 episodes which is pretty crazy and I'd like to keep

this thing going and so what I'm going to do is not be so focused on the outcome

of how many downloads we're getting and all that stuff and I set a goal for

2023 for how many downloads I wanted. I think we're going to hit it but I don't really put much stock into that.

What I want to do is focus more on the process

because we know as coaches that's what works.

That's what matters.

That's what makes a difference.

And so for the process process it's really number one

delivering consistently. That's first and foremost is staying consistent with

three episodes per week and trying to make the episodes as valuable as possible and when I do bring on

guests I want to make sure that it's people that you can learn from and that add value
