0:13.4	Coaches compass I'm gonna tell you how to get your message out there. This has been the most common
0:21.0	DM that I've received over the past couple of weeks from coaches who are listening
0:28.0	to the Friday series, the coaches compass.
0:31.3	So far I just have to say. I really appreciate all of the messages and
0:35.1	feedback it was the proof and the evidence that I needed to continue to know that
0:41.4	there are coaches who are actually listening and implementing and
0:44.6	finding value in these conversations. Number one most common DM is, hey Mike, really appreciated the coaches compass, super helpful. I think we share a lot of same, a lot of the similar values and same philosophies. The one thing that I really struggle with is getting my message out there.
1:08.0	And then we'll either have a more in-depth conversation or I'll say hey let's jump on a call so I can
1:17.1	Ask some more qualifying questions because what I have found is that what you think the problem is getting your message out there isn't actually the problem.
1:26.0	So that's what we're going to talk about today.
1:29.0	Before we get into that, we just have to go through some particulars.
1:32.0	The checklist, there's a
1:35.1	checklist. This is like Mel and I have sleepovers, we're the cool house with Mel's kids. So we have sleepovers here often and it's nice to be the cool
1:50.1	house. We like to know what the kids are up to and at least feel like, you know, we're in
1:56.7	control somewhat even though who knows what they're getting into. Her oldest is 16, her middle is 14, and they have some friends that are friends, so we
2:09.7	were the cool house and then she has her youngest is 10 and we have sleepovers I think
2:17.8	we're actually having one tonight but it gets a little crazy with the with the two older kids and their friends.
2:25.0	There's usually like I guess what seven of them and you know we have the pool and
2:32.0	everything so especially in the summer, they all want to come hang out.
2:36.7	And for the most part, they're great, they're polite, they do what they're supposed to do,
