host Mike Milner in today's episode of the Coaches Compass, officially the first Coaches Compass of the New Year, even though last episode I said

that it was going to be the first episode. I got my dates confused. I'm human and I make a lot of mistakes and I just keep showing up but this is

officially now the first coaches compass of the new year and I want to talk about why

your content is not getting the engagement, the replies, the conversion that you want.

Because this is still pretty consistently the number one thing that I get asked by coaches and especially

coaches who are on my email list or listening to the podcast.

I'm writing content, I'm trying to pay attention

to putting out emails and putting out Facebook posts and Instagram posts.

I'm just not getting the conversion.

I'm not getting the engagement.

I'm not getting replies.

I don't get people hitting me up in the inbox or the

DMs telling me that they're interested,

what is going on?

And the first thing that I tell them is,
