I don't have to pronounce her full name now because we're friends now. I can call her by her nickname and I already had to do the whole pronunciation when she was on the show

the first time on just the regular nutrition topic but now wrong the're on the coaches topic, the coaches compass, and she brought a lot of wisdom as she always does,

talking about the common mistakes that coaches make. And what I really appreciate about Kate's approach

is that she really gets into the art of coaching.

Like fully, I had to say it with my chest,

she really gets into the art of coaching and we need that. We need that more than ever.

You try and focus on all the marketing and sales tactics in the world really doesn't matter if you don't

understand what it means to be a coach and I think that's why this episode was

so powerful we both after we finished recording we were like that was that was damn good and so I hope that you feel the same way and if you do we would love to hear it just just spread the love we need more coaches to listen to this because it hasn't quite caught up to the regular

episodes in terms of downloads per week, but let's fix that.
