You know, I just want to say that I feel like this is absolute BS because I had a little

mini cold about a week ago. Nothing bad. It was like, I don't know, just a little sniffles and

sneezing, just a typical cult about a little over a week ago.

And honestly, it was only like one day that was actually bad and then I felt fine, recovered quickly.

It's like, all right, that was annoying, but no big deal.

And now here we are.

And I've got like a full-bl blown effing cold that is like putting me on

my ass right now. And it is seriously pissing me off. I don't know if you're like me, but I like get

genuinely mad at my immune system when shit like this happens. I'm like, come on. Like why why do we do

all of these things like taking care of ourselves and being

healthy and fit and all the stuff if we're just going to end up getting knocked on our ass by a stupid

effing cold? As frustrating as hell, I feel like crap. I have to record this damn podcast,

even though I would rather be curled up

in the fetal position and doing nothing.

And on top of it all, I get to go in tomorrow.

I'm hoping that I can feel somewhat better tomorrow because I have to go in for two

and a half hours of torture tomorrow

for it's like vestibular balance testing because I had vertigo back in January felt kind of like

dizzy for you know like three months or so afterwards, which was normal. Then it went away completely.

And then that kind of like dizzy, weird feeling came back over the past couple of months and it hasn't

gone away. And I went to, to the doctor who, you know, specializes in this thing. What is it called?
