What is going on?

Everybody, welcome back to the Mindover Macros podcast.

As always, I am your host, Mike Milner, and it is another episode of the Coach's Compass.

And before I get into it, I have to first wish a very happy birthday, happy 18th birthday to my stepdaughter.

And it's crazy that she's 18.

It doesn't, it feels, I mean, I think I first met them probably, gosh, nine years ago.

I remember the exact year, but it was probably about nine years ago, maybe even 10,

which is insane.

I'm trying to think of when I first went to the gym and then, yeah, it was probably about

10 years ago.

So it's kind of, it makes me feel old to, you know, have my stepkids now be at that age where I can be like, I remember when you were this big and whatever else.

So anyway, happy birthday.

I hope that the 18th year is the best year yet.

And it's, you know, kind of like official adulthood and um yeah so

we we have some some fun stuff planned we actually have a crazy weekend uh we have the 18th birthday

we've got a wedding and we've got a dual bar mitzvah situation. It's just like a crazy

packed weekend of stuff. So anyway, that's not why you're here, but I just had to give a shout

out. Not like my stepdaughter listens to the show, but it is just in case.

I got to, you know, you got to have, there's no downside.

I always look at things after learning this from one of my mentors.

And he has this concept of when there is little downside, little risk, and high upside, then you do the thing.

And if you think about it, like, this is a stupid example, but there's little downside to giving a shout out.
