It is apparent that my health is important to me, but was never successful in keeping weight off long term for 10 plus years because I was in the horrible cycle of binging, restricting, and spinning my wheels.

I've always been average weight, but really put priority on being smaller, weighing less, and then it changed to me wanting to be leaner and more fit

after I had my baby over six years ago when I found macro tracking.

Slowly I realized that restriction wasn't sustainable for me after trying South Beach

Once I found macro tracking, it helped me become leaner and gaining more muscle, which I made some ground even before I signed up for Pop, but I still struggled with binging and all or nothing thinking around nutrition and sometimes exercise.
