podcast as always. I am your host Mike Milner in today's episode of

the Coaches compass. I like how I got a message from somebody they were like I listen to the latest

CC episode and I was like oh we got we got nicknames now anyway the coaches compass today is going to be all about the marketplace changes that have happened

over the last, even several months. It definitely is different than it was years ago,

but I feel so old saying that back when I got into this game.

But no, things are different and the marketplace is absolutely shifted for a number of reasons.

This is normal. This is what markets do. They go in cycles. We can't be in a bull market forever in the economy and we can't be in a bear

market forever in the economy.

So if you are a coach and you are noticing some changes, it is perfectly normal.

And the reality is that it does, it's not a bad thing.

I think sometimes we look at it as, oh, people are more skeptical than ever and trust is lower than

ever and the marketplace is more sophisticated and it's so much harder to get a client it's not

true that is the narrative that you've created around things changing.

It is not reality.

Reality is that you can still position yourself really.

You can actually take advantage of this opportunity.

This is what separates coaches who are resilient, who are able to weather the storm, and who can

are able to weather the storm and who can actually grow

and thrive during a shitstorm.

It might feel like a shit storm.

It's not really a shit storm, but it might feel like one and that is valid.
