So this episode is brought to you by prize picks, and we have one of our favorite guests on today. This is fun. It's great to have Coach Cody Alexander from Matchquarters.com on with us. We got a lot to talk about with you, man. First of all, how's life? How are you doing? Doing great. No complaints here. Oh, that's great. That's great. You've been churning out the content. Is the offseason for you kind of the time where you're able to like dig in and really start to look at how the league's trending in different places? Yeah, I can get really granular with some things and I can take my time

But I'm curious, so you start out with the worst defense and working with you, why?

2:05.2

Why?

2:05.7

What do you, what have you found that that benefits you to do?

2:09.2

It really sets the table for kind of what we're seeing.

2:12.7

I think also it sets the table for the off season for me because we have free agency in March and then the draft.

2:19.2

And then who are the teams that most people are talking at that point in time of the year?

2:23.0

I think it just frames the calendar a lot better for me because now everybody's pivoting to,

2:28.1

okay, roster building. And then here in the next couple weeks, it's going to be all about camps.
