You know, I think I read somewhere that you broke ground on a hotel in Idaho.

Yes, yes. We broke ground on a hotel, Wyndham Hill, Hotel in Idaho.

And I actually did that right after I was married to my wife.

So instead of going out for a honeymoon, we went out and broke ground on a hotel that's

in progress right now.

That's amazing, man.

Well, I got a lot of questions.

We won't spend all the time on a hotel, but why a hotel and why Idaho?
