Well, hey everybody and welcome to episode 124 of the podcast. My name is Carrie Newhoff and I hope our time

together today helps you lead like never before. My guest is probably one of the most high

profile guests we've ever had on the podcast before.

One of the things I love about this podcast is like it's a mixture of people you've heard of,

people who are very influential, and then people you've just never heard of before,

just ordinary leaders like you and me working hard at what

God has called us to do. And one of the reasons I love that mix is because I think that's exactly

how God operates. I mean, he's writing some incredible stories some of which we just

never hear about but Ken Costa is somebody that he has used extraordinarily. Ken

is the chair of Alpha International and if you know Alpha Ministries, you know how

powerfully God has used that movement around the world.

But he actually makes his day job in investment banking.

He actually is one of the most high profile and well known

investment bankers in the United Kingdom and honestly around the world. He serves

as the chairman of Lazard International for a number of years. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors

of the Corporation that owns 70% of Canary Wharf

in London, England.
