When I talk to church leaders, the number one issue that seems to come up is just time management.

People are like, I got a heart for this, I love doing but man I'll tell you I start out with a

to-do list it never gets done people hijack my priorities I mean what happens

when people are always asking you to make a hospital visit or they want you to be on a meeting that in on a meeting that you don't necessarily need to be in on or you know how come I never get a day off I'm always writing my message on my day off or working on that special project on my day off, I'm always writing my message on my day off, or working on that special project on my day off.
