Well hey everybody and welcome to the podcast.

My name is Carrie Newhoff and I hope our time

together today helps you lead like never before and man I've been waiting for a

long time for this conversation to hit the air. Today I am sitting down with

somebody who has her own podcast. She launched her own

podcast called Intersection which you should really listen to if you get a chance

it's in iTunes but she's also been a friend for over a decade. My wife Tony and I have been friends with her husband, Rob, for over a decade. And of all the people I have met over the years, I don't think anybody does a better job of having conversations with unchurched people than Rose Meter.

Like she lapse me personally on this and if you're a regular listener to this podcast, if you read my blog, you know, I have a heart for reaching

unchurched people. And in a post-Christian culture, that just gets harder and harder because it's not

like people are going around every day going, you know what, I need some Jesus, can you help me?

And Rose is just masterful at having conversations with people who are far from God,

many of whom we baptized at Conexus Church,

many of whom have come to faith.

And I sat down with her a few months ago

and said, okay, I want the secret sauce.

I want to figure out how you do this.

without being judgmental

with people who are very, very different than you
