Well, hey everybody and welcome to episode 242 of the podcast.

My name is Carrie Newhoff and I hope our time together today helps you lead like never before.

Well, I'm super excited to bring you today's guest.

He has been a friend for a number of years now, one of my best friends actually,

Frank Beeler. And it's not a question of what Frank does, it's like what has he not done

in his life? So at 22 he was made the CEO of a major insurance firm. Then he joined

elevation church, eventually working on their senior leadership team through some incredible high growth years.

And then a couple years ago he transitioned over to Rethink, also known as Orange,

where he's executive director of leadership and became CEO of the

Faze Family Center. I joke with him and so to some other friends that he has 25 full-time jobs and

that's not really a joke. He also has a great family life like he does and he works out like

more than me it's crazy and so I wanted to pick Frank's brain on productivity I did this once before years ago for those of you

who have been longtime subscribers and we go into brand new territory. So Frank was on I think

episode 98 where we talked about this and I brought him back because I don't

think anyone that I know of juggles more than I see Frank juggle and he does it

effectively and sustainably.

So yeah, that's what we're gonna talk about today.
