My name is Carrie Newhoff and I hope our time together today helps you lead like never before.

Well, I hope your new year is off to a great start and thank you for so many of you making us a part of this and I want to say a

particular thank you to those of you who share I mean it's fun to listen to these things

while you're running you know making dinner on a commute on a long trip,

wherever you happen to listen to your podcast.

But it's another thing to share them with your team and to share them with your

friends.

So for all of you who are sharing on social, I just want to say thank you. Thank you so much

for getting the word out. It really helps us do what we do and do it better.
