Hope whatever you do and it's a great one and hey to all of us who happen to be

Canadians happy 150. We celebrated over the last weekend and I grew up in Windsor, Ontario and one of my favorite things I don't know that they still do it or not Detroit

Windsor people you can shout out on social and let me know but I think they called it the Freedom Festival. And every like July 1st,

July 4th, they'd get a barge in the Detroit River and do this spectacular fireworks show and we never

missed that when I was a kid. So we would always be on the Windsor side but people from Detroit would gather too so always fun to celebrate what God's doing in North America so anyway

Happy 4th of July, happy 150th birthday Canada to all of you.

last week with Rodney Cox, and that is self-awareness and my

guest is Terry Linhart and he's got his own podcast he's actually a

podcast listener and he's written a book called the self-aware leader and I'm

so grateful he wrote this because I know for me a big part of my journey as a leader in terms of,

you know, growth over the last 20 years is I've had to grow in emotional intelligence and the heart of
