Well hey everybody and welcome to episode 121 of the podcast and happy new year happy 2017 to all of you

it is so good to be with you and I hope our time together today helps you lead like

never before man I am so excited about this interview.

I knew when it was happening when I recorded it with James Emory White, that there was something really

special about it and I think you'll agree and that's why I wanted to

kick off the new year. You know, ironically, last year we kicked off the new year with a demographic, mostly around

millennials and how they sort of work with Gen Xers and Boomers and that was with

Hayden's shot was wildly popular. This one takes a similar but different tack.

Can you say that? Yeah, I'm a preacher I say stuff like that right? Similar but

different. It is a little bit about

millennials but way more about the generation that follows them, Generation Z.

These are the kids who are in college and high school right now just graduating and

James Emory White has done some really

great thinking all about their mindset their view about the gospel it's really

the first post-Christian generation that's emerged. I think you're going to find it fascinating as well as
